摘  要:选取黄心乌和地肤两种植物进行镉污染土壤的植物吸收与修复实验,通过测定植物不同部位的镉含量,计算其富集系数和转运系数,筛选镉的超积累植物。结果表明,黄心乌对镉具有较好的富集能力,但转运能力较差;地肤地上部分具有很强的转运能力,但其生物量较低,在镉含量大于75 mg/kg时,植物无法正常生长。两种供试植物均不是理想的修复镉污染土壤的超积累植物。Two plants,brassica narinosa and kochia scoparia linn schrad,were selected for plant absorption and remediation experiments on cadmium contaminated soil.The cadmium content in different parts of the plants was measured,and their enrichment and transport coefficients were calculated to screen for cadmium hyperaccumulating plants.The results showed that brassica narinosa has good enrichment ability for cadmium,but its transport ability is poor.The aboveground part of kochia scoparia linn schrad has strong transport capacity,but its biomass is low.When the cadmium content exceeds 75 mg/kg,plants cannot grow normally.Both tested plants are not ideal hyperaccumulating plants for repairing cadmium contaminated soil.
