摘 要:采用两步水热法制备C/Fe-FeVO_(4)光催化剂,以Fe(NO_(3))_(3)·9H_(2)O和NH_(4)VO_(3)为主要反应原材料,以碳胶球作为载体,用水热合成法在不同温度、不同pH及不同水热时间条件下合成了可见光响应的C/Fe-FeVO_(4)光催化剂.利用SEM,XRD,XPS表征手段对制备的光催化剂的晶型结构、成分及形貌特征进行了深入分析.同时以环丙沙星(CIP)作为目标降解物,以H_(2)O_(2)为氧化剂,在模拟太阳光(氙灯)照射条件下,对C/Fe-FeVO_(4)的光催化活性进行了性能研究.结果表明,在180℃,pH=3,加SDBS表面活性剂,水热时间为24 h条件下制备的光催化剂活性最高.在光催化剂质量浓度为1.0 g/L,环丙沙星溶液质量浓度为10 mg/L,初始pH=5,加入的H_(2)O_(2)质量浓度为250 mg/L时,光催化氧化环丙沙星的去除率最高.C/Fe-FeVO_(4)photocatalyst was prepared by two steps of resin carbonization and hydrothermal reaction,Fe(NO3)3•9H2O and NH4VO3 as the main reaction raw materials,and using carbon rubber ball as carrier,the visible light response of C/Fe-FeVO_(4)photocatalyst was synthesized by hydrothermal method under different temperature,different pH value and different hydrothermal time.The characterization methods of SEM,XRD,XPS were used to analyze the crystal structure,composition and morphology of the prepared photocatalyst.At the same time and with the ciprofloxacin(CIP)as target degradation,using H_(2)O_(2)as oxidant under simulated sunlight(xenon lamp)photocatalyst under different conditions,the photocatalytic activity of C/Fe-FeVO_(4)was studied.The results showed that,at 180℃,pH=3,plus SDBS surfactant,hydrothermal time was 24 h,the highest photocatalytic activity was prepared.When the mass concentration of photocatalyst was 1.0 g/L,the mass concentration of ciprofloxacin solution was was 10 mg/L,the initial pH of the solution was 5 and the mass concentration of H_(2)O_(2)was 250 mg/L,the removal rate of photocatalytic oxidation ciprofloxacin was the highest.
