摘 要:采用预处理-MBR-RO工艺处理某污泥干化冷凝废水,并考察了其对各污染物的去除效果。结果显示:在进水COD为1700~2500 mg/L、氨氮300~400 mg/L、总氮350~500 mg/L时,系统处理出水COD、氨氮、总氮分别低于15、5和10 mg/L,去除率达到99.3%,98.5%和96.3%,产水水质满足《城市污水再生利用-工业用水水质标准》(GB/T19923-2005)中敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水标准,并将其回用作厂区污泥干化冷却系统补充水。经计算,在实际工程运行中,其吨水运行费用为14.24元。此预处理-MBR-RO工艺应用于污泥干化冷凝废水的处理是可行的,可为后续相关污泥干化冷凝废水处理提供参考。A pre-treatment MBR-RO process was used to treat a certain sludge drying and condensation wastewater,and its removal effect on various pollutants was investigated.The results show that when the influent COD is 1700~2500 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen is 300~400 mg/L,and total nitrogen is 350~500 mg/L.The COD,ammonia nitrogen,and total nitrogen in the treated effluent of the system are lower than 15 mg/L,5 mg/L,and 10 mg/L,respectively,with removal rates of 99.3%,98.5%,and 96.3%.The water quality of the produced water meets the supplementary water standards for open circulation cooling water systems in the Urban Wastewater Recycling-Industrial Water Quality Standards(GB/T19923-2005),and it is reused as supplementary water for the sludge drying cooling system in the factory.After calculation,in actual engineering operation,the operating cost per ton of water is 14.24 yuan.The application of pre-treatment-MBR-RO process in the treatment of sludge drying condensation wastewater is feasible and can provide a reference for the subsequent treatment of related sludge drying condensation wastewater.
