多功能滴定平台测定高锰酸盐指数和总硬度等应用研究

摘　　要：在国家标准的基础上,采用机器代替人工,研究了一种自动化多功能滴定平台,用于水样中的高锰酸盐指数、总硬度的测定,及食盐中碘含量的测定。测定结果表明:高锰酸盐指数的检出限为0.03 mg/L,测定下限为0.12 mg/L,低于国标方法的测定下限0.5 mg/L,精密度为0.77%~1.3%,质控样的测试结果均在允许误差范围内,实际水样加标回收率范围为98.0%~111%;总硬度的检出限为0.65 mg/L,精密度RSD=0.81%,测试结果明显低于国标方法的检出限(1 mg/L),质控样测试结果均在范围内,加标回收率范围为99.1%~100.3%;食盐中碘的检出限为0.37 mg/kg,精密度为RSD=0.98%,质控样均在范围内。实验结果表明该多功能滴定平台,具有兼容性强,自动化程度高、操作简便、准确度高、重复性好的优点。On the basis of national standards,this paper uses machines instead of manual labor to study an automated multifunctional titration platform for the determination of permanganate index and total hardness in water samples,as well as the determination of iodine content in table salt.Measurement results:The detection limit of permanganate index is 0.03 mg/L,and the detection lower limit is 0.12mg/L,which is lower than the national standard method's detection lower limit of 0.5mg/L,with a precision of 0.77%~1.3%.The test results of quality control samples are all within the allowable error range,and the actual recovery rate of water samples is 98.0%~111%;The detection limit of total hardness is 0.65mg/L,and the precision RSD is 0.81%.The test results are significantly lower than the detection limit of the national standard method(1mg/L),and the quality control sample test results are within the range.The recovery rate of the added standard is 99.1%~100.3%;The detection limit of salt iodine is 0.37mg/kg,with a precision of RSD=0.98%,and the quality control samples are all within the range.The experimental results show that the multifunctional titration platform has good repeatability and high accuracy,meeting the testing requirements.In addition,the multifunctional titration platform also has the advantages of strong compatibility,high automation,simple operation,high accuracy,and good repeatability.
