摘 要:细粒式沥青混合料中,小粒径集料作为骨架集料起着抵抗行车荷载的作用,而现行试验规程中压碎值试验方法不能合理评价其抗压碎能力。通过采用3种2.36~4.75 mm的碎石,进行了4种不同方法的压碎值试验,分析了压碎值试验结果的影响因素。进一步提出了细粒式沥青混合料中骨架集料的压碎值试验方法,即集料质量按粒径比例选择,加载速率为10 min达到200 kN,稳压5 s然后卸荷,然后用1.18 mm标准筛筛分压碎试样。通过与同岩性粗集料压碎值试验结果对比,表明该方法能够较好地反映作为骨架的小粒径集料抵抗压碎能力。In fine grained asphalt mixture,aggregate with small particle size plays a role of resisting traffic load as the skeleton aggregate,but the crushing value test method in the current test procedures can not reasonably evaluate its crushing resistance.By using three kinds of 2.36~4.75 mm gravel,the crushing value tests of four different methods were carried out,and the influencing factors of the crushing value test results were analyzed.Furthermore,the crushing value test method of skeleton aggregate in fine grained asphalt mixture was proposed,that is,the aggregate mass was selected in proportion to the particle size,the loading rate was 10 minutes up to 200 kN,the pressure was stabilized for 5 s and then unloaded,and then the crushed sample was screened with 1.18 mm standard screen.Compared with the crushing value test results of coarse aggregates of the same lithology,it is shown that the proposed method can better reflect the crushing resistance of aggregates with small particle size as the skeleton.
