摘  要:目的 通过对美国海军潜艇医学研究所(Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory,NSMRL)的国防科技报告进行统计,分析潜艇医学研究热点,为今后开展相关工作提供参考。方法 采用文献计量学方法,对美国国家技术信息服务局(National Technical Information Service,NTIS)网络数据库中NSMRL 2000-2022年发布的国防科技报告进行统计分析。结果纳入文献88篇,共使用关键词1 298次。由Bibexcel和Pajek软件可视化分析发现,潜艇医学研究热点中心词为潜艇、生存、认知、生物医学、噪声、生物节律、潜水员、环境。结论 2000年以来,美军潜艇医学研究已取得了一系列成果,如在听力防护装备、降噪听诊器、艇员心理测量工具等方面;同时,美军在潜艇医学领域还存在诸多问题尚待进一步研究。Objective To analyze the research focus in submarine medical research through statistics of the Defense Science and Technology reports by the US Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory,so as to provide reference for future research on submarine medicine.Methods Through the access of bibliometrics,statistical analyses were conducted on the the Defense Science and Technology reports retrieved in the National Technical Information Service(NTIS) network database from 2000-2022.Results A total of 88 articles were included,containing 1 298 keywords.Visualization analysis revealed that the main keywords concerning hot issues were submarine,survival,cognitive,biomedicine,noise,biological rhythm,diver and environment.Conclusion Since 2000,the Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory of US Navy has obtained a series of achievements,such as hearing protective devices,noise reduction stethoscopes,carbon dioxide scrubbing technology and submariner psychological detection tools.However,there are still many problems demanding to be solved in the field of submarine medicine.
