摘  要:经过普通方式加工后的丁基混炼胶不能达到高载重轮胎的气密性要求,在原有的滤胶机上加装齿轮泵机头,既实现了高压挤出,又实现了精细滤胶,在同样材料的胎内胶配方下,利用自主研制的双驱同步橡胶齿轮泵式滤胶机对气密层进行精细滤胶,研究它在过滤后的性能,而且更换不同的滤网,来探究滤网目数对胶料性能的提升程度。在经齿轮泵式橡胶滤胶机过滤的胶料性能均有不同程度的提升,在150目下,性能提升幅度最大,其中胎内胶的撕裂强度提升20.21%,说明滤网过滤胶料杂质的同时还能平顺分子链的作用,滤网目数越高,分子链更加平顺,但是滤网目数越高,过滤时对胶料的阻力越大,当胶料过滤后,阻力消失,由于热运动与微构象的转化,分子链会自发恢复到混乱状态,导致胶料的机械性能会先上升后下降;透过系数降低了78.11%,丁腈中的甲基对称分布,分子结构对称,这使得聚集态结构堆砌紧密,又由于齿轮泵的过滤,使得胶料内的气体减少,聚集态结构堆砌更加致密,气密性提升,但是滤网目数越高,胶料所受到阻力越大,挤出滤网后的挤出涨大现象更加明显,聚集态结构堆砌愈发松散,所以气密性相对降低。这证明丁基混炼胶经过双驱同步橡胶齿轮泵式滤胶机过炼后实现了在同样的材料和配方下的气密层的性能提升。The butyl mixed rubber after processing in the ordinary way can not meet the airtightness requirements of high-load tires.So the gear pump head is added to the original rubber filter to achieve both high-pressure extrusion and fine filtration of rubber.In the same material of the tire rubber formula,the use of self-developed dual-drive synchronous rubber gear pump rubber filtering machine for the airtight layer of fine rubber filtration in order to study the performance of the rubber after filtration.By replacing different screens,the degree of improvement in the performance of the rubber is investigated by the mesh size of the screen.The performance of the rubber material filtered by the gear pump rubber filter machine has different degrees of enhancement.In the 150 mesh,the performance has the largest increase,inculding 20.21%increased of tear strength.It indicating that the filter mesh filtering rubber impurities at the same time can also smooth the molecular chain.The higher the mesh,more smoother the molecular chain,meanwhile,the higher the resistance to the rubber material during filtration.The resistance disappears after filtered,due to the thermal movement and micro-configuration transformation,the molecular chain will be spontaneously restored to the chaotic state,resulting in the mechanical properties of the rubber material will first rise and then fall.The permeability coefficient is reduced by 78.11%,the symmetrical distribution of methyl groups in nitrile,the molecular structure is symmetrical,which makes the aggregated state structure stacking closely.Meanwhiledue to the filtration of the gear pump,the gas within the rubber material is reduced,which means the aggregated state structure stacking.The higher the mesh number of the filter,the higher the resistance of the rubber material,and the more obvious the extrusion phenomenon after extruding the filter,the looser the aggregation structure,so the gas tightness is relatively reduced.This proves that the butyl rubber mixing rubber after double-drive
