假肺炎链球菌的鉴定及耐药性分析

摘　　要：目的了解假肺炎链球菌的鉴定方法及耐药性分析。方法收集广州市番禺区中心医院4株假肺炎链球菌,用Optochin敏感试验,胆汁溶菌试验,肺炎链球菌的胶乳凝集试验,Vitek2 Compact,Vitek MS质谱仪,16S rRNA基因测序进行鉴定。并对35株假肺炎链球菌进行药敏试验。结果假肺炎链球菌的optochin敏感性试验,Vitek2 Compact在不同培养条件下结果不尽相同;肺炎链球菌胶乳凝集试验全部为阳性;在CO_(2)条件下培养的菌株用Vitek MS质谱仪鉴定全部为假肺炎链球菌;16S rRNA无法区分假肺炎链球菌,肺炎链球菌及缓症链球菌三种菌群。35株假肺炎链球菌的药敏试验的结果阿齐霉素、红霉素、克林霉素全部显示为耐药率为88,6%,85.7%及80%。左氧氟沙星等7种抗菌药物全部显示为敏感。结论比较假肺炎链球菌的不同鉴定方法及其药敏特点,为临床鉴定和治疗假肺炎链球菌的提供快速简便准确的方法。Object To know the identification of Streptococcus pseudopnemoniae and resistance analysis.Methods To collect Streptococcus pseudopnemoniae of Guangzhou Panyu Central Hospital,Optochin susceptibility test,bule resolution est,Latex agglutination test and Vitek2 Compact,Vitek MS,and 16S rRNA were applied.To test the sensitivity of this drug,35 Streptococcus pseudopnemoniae were proposed.Results The result of the Optochin susceptibility test is that,in different conditions,Vitek2 Compact is different.Latex agglutination test was positive,and Streptococcus pseudopnemoniae were identified by Vitek MS,when it grows in CO_(2).16S rRNA can't divide Streptococcus pseudopnemoniae,Streptococcus pnemoniae and Streptococcus mitis.Azithromycin,erythromycin and clindamycin resistance rates were 88.6%,85.7% and 80%.Levofloxacin and the other 7 kinds of antibiotic-sensitive rates were 100%.Conclusion Compared with different identification ways of Streptococcus pseudopnemoniae,the aim of this method is to find a more convenient,simple and accurate way for identification.
