摘 要:为减小层间位移对超限高层结构的影响,针对框架–剪力墙结构塔楼的偏心裙房位移较大的问题,以一栋框架–剪力墙结合体系商务中心办公楼为例进行消能减震设计。分别运用PKPM、midas Building软件进行多遇地震和罕遇地震分析,运用YJK软件进行损伤分析。结果表明:在多遇地震和罕遇地震作用下,采用粘滞阻尼器的减震结构的层间位移角和基底剪力均大幅减小,减震效果明显,各项指标满足规范要求和减震性能目标。另外,在罕遇地震作用下,粘滞阻尼器滞回曲线比较饱满,说明其力学性能稳定,其在增设部位与剪力墙协同工作,取得了良好效果。In order to reduce the impact of inter-story displacement on the super-limited highrise structure,an eccentric podium of a frame-shear wall tower was used as an example for the energy dissipation and seismic reduction design of a business center office building with a frameshear wall structure.PKPM and midas Building software were used to analyze the seismic and rare earthquakes,and YJK software was used to analyze the damage.The results show that the seismic damping structure with viscous dampers has significantly reduced the displacement angle and basal heave under the multiple earthquakes and rare earthquakes,and the seismic damping effect is obvious,and the indexes meet the code requirements and the seismic damping performance target.In addition,the mechanical properties of the viscous dampers are stable under rare earthquakes,and their hysteresis curves are relatively full,and they work well with shear walls in the additional parts.
