摘 要:基于midas Civil有限元软件建立云溪大桥桥梁下部支撑结构(满堂式支架及贝雷梁支架)模型,分析第三跨、第四跨连接处变形,验证两跨连接处竖向变形差超过规范规定梁顶高程偏差允许值,提出减小贝雷梁跨径、采用加强型贝雷梁、采用横桥向加密贝雷梁等3项现浇箱梁施工质量控制措施,通过提取连接处截面节点,对这3种措施连接处节点进行变形检测及对比分析。结果表明,对于复合支撑条件下的变形差,减小贝雷梁跨径是减小复合支撑条件下变形差、控制现浇箱梁施工质量最有效的措施。Based on midas Civil finite element software,the model of the lower support structure of Yunxi Bridge(full hall support and Beret beam support)was established,and the deformation of the third and fourth span joints was analyzed.Three construction quality control measures,such as reducing the span of the beret beam,adopting the reinforced beret beam and the cross-bridge informing beret beam,were proposed,and the deformation of the joints of the three measures was detected,compared,and analyzed by extracting the cross-sectional nodes at the joints.The results show that for the deformation difference under composite support conditions,reducing the span diameter of Bailey beam is the most effective measure to reduce the deformation difference and control the construction quality of cast-in-place box girder under composite support conditions.
