摘  要:中国工艺美术馆工程基础底板施工伊始,项目针对地下室外墙水平施工缝的传统留设方式进行探讨和研究。决定采用一种Z字形地下室外墙水平施工缝构造代替传统施工工艺中的一字形地下室外墙水平施工缝构造的留设方式。相较于传统施工技术通过钢筋三脚架对导墙模板进行吊模支撑,支撑更牢固,不易胀模,导墙施工质量有保证,避免焊制钢筋三脚架的大量焊接工作以及割掉钢筋时混凝土面层存在观感缺陷的问题。When the foundation slabs of the China National Arts and Crafts Museum(CTCM)began to be constructed,the traditional preparation method for horizontal construction joints in basement outer-walls was discussed and studied,and it was decided to use Z-shaped horizontal construction joints instead of the traditional construction technology of I-shaped horizontal construction joints for the basement outer-walls.Compared with the traditional construction technology using steel tripods to support suspended guide wall formworks,this new technology of Z-shaped horizontal construction joints can achieve more solid support and less possible formwork expansion,thereby ensuring the construction quality of guide walls,and avoiding heavy welding of steel tripods as well as appearance defects on concrete surfaces after reinforcing steel bars are cut off.
