地铁竖井出入口预制装配式楼梯施工技术

摘　　要：以深圳地铁2号线莲塘口岸站为例,介绍预制装配式楼梯在地铁车站出入口的施工技术,首先,楼梯平台钢托座与结构侧墙整体现浇,预制构件,然后安装楼梯平台、梯步,再进行节点永久处理,最后形成整体梯道。该方法有效解决了现浇梯道施工周期长、实体结构外观质量差等难题,以期为同类型的竖井出入口梯道施工提供参考。Taking Shenzhen Metro Line 2 Liantang Port Station as an example,the application of prefabricated stairs at the entrance and exit of subway stations was introduced.Firstly,the corbels of the staircase platform and the side wall of the structure were cast in place,prefabricated components,then the staircase platform and the staircase step was installed,and then the node was permanently processed,and finally the overall stairway was formed.This method effectively solves the problems of long construction period and poor appearance quality of solid structure of cast-in-place ladder road,in order to provide reference for the construction of the same type of shaft entrance and exit ladder.
