摘 要:虽然钢结构吊车梁具有成熟的设计理论,但对于吊车梁形式非常规或荷载比较复杂的情况,传统的设计方法很难适用。基于工程检测实例,利用ABAQUS软件中静力通用与动力隐式两种算法分别对已有吊车梁进行验算。结果表明:动力隐式算法计算结果可靠,略保守;动力隐式算法能反映结构全过程的动态受力情况,更加适合复杂情况的结构计算;动力隐式算法能体现结构局部屈曲的发展变化情况;动力隐式算法准静态分析的时间不是真实时间,改变时间对结果影响不大。Although the steel crane beam has mature design theory,the traditional design method is difficult to apply when the crane beam is unconventional or the load situation is more complex.Based on an engineering inspection example,the static general and dynamic implicit algorithm in ABAQUS software a were used to check the existing crane beams.The results show that:the calculation result of the dynamic implicit is reliable and slightly conservative compared with that of the static general algorithm;the dynamic implicit algorithm can reflect the dynamic situation of the whole process of the structure,and is more suitable for the structural calculation of complex cases,the dynamic implicit method can reflect the development of local buckling of structures,the time of quasi-static analysis of dynamic implicit method is not the real time,and the change of time has little effect on the results.
