摘 要:为对高层建筑施工安全风险进行准确的评价,从源头消除施工安全隐患,将WBS–RBS风险辨识法与“4M”风险管理理论相结合构建了包含4个一级指标和13个二级指标的安全风险评价指标体系。将层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合,在此基础上构建了高层建筑施工安全的模糊层次分析法模型。应用此模型对某房地产开发项目进行安全风险实证研究,结果显示,该项目施工安全风险等级为4级(较安全),并且针对性地对后续施工安全提出了整改措施和建议。评价结果与施工现场安全情况相符,验证了该模型对高层建筑施工安全风险评价的合理性。In order to make accurate evaluation of construction safety risks of high-rise buildings and eliminate construction safety hazards from the source,the article adopted WBS–RBS risk identification method combined with 4M risk management theory to systematically construct a safety risk evaluation index system with 4 primary indicators and 13 secondary indicators.The analytic hierarchy process method was combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and on this basis,a fuzzy hierarchical analysis model was constructed.Applying this model to the safety risk empirical study of the real estate development project,the results show that the construction safety risk level of the project is 4(safer),and put forward corrective measures and suggestions for the subsequent construction safety.The evaluation results are consistent with the construction site safety situation,which verifies the reasonableness of the model for the evaluation of the safety risk of high-rise building construction.
