摘　　要：政治生态变化是欧洲政治秩序变迁的重要维度。俄乌冲突爆发以来,欧洲政治生态经历新一轮的调整和重塑,其“中东欧化”趋势明显。欧洲政治生态的“中东欧化”集中体现在加速“去俄化”,尤其是在经济、能源、安全等政策领域同俄罗斯部分或全面“脱钩”,在安全上进一步拥立美国和北约,在发展道路上更强调安全利益而弱化民生政策。中东欧国家牵头推动、美国对其积极支持,以及欧洲面临安全挑战催生了欧洲政治生态的“中东欧化”。欧洲政治生态的“中东欧化”源于以美国为首的北约和俄罗斯之间高烈度对抗的外部环境,继而传导并推动欧洲外交和安全战略的“中东欧化”转变。“中东欧化”是一个阶段性还是持久现象有待观察,它对中国—中东欧国家合作乃至中欧关系的影响正在发酵。Political ecology is an important dimension of European political order.Since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict,European political ecology has undergone a new roundof adjustment and reconstruction,exhibiting a trend that can be characterized as"Central-and-Eastern-Europeanization".A key featuree of"Central-and-Eastern-Europeanization"is the acceleration of"de-Russification"in policy areas of economy,energy,and security.It includesapartial or complete"decoupling"from Russia in the aforementioned areas,supporting the United States and NATO to guarantee European security,and an increased emphasis on security interests(rather than people's welfare)in development polices.This political ecological shift is driven by a combination of three factors-push from countries in Central and Eastern Europe,active support from the United States,and Europe's security challenges.The"Central-and-Eastern-Europeanization"of European political ecology originates from the heightened confrontation between NATO and Russia;it then transmits and leads to the"Central-and-Eastern-Europeanization"of European diplomacy and security strategy.While it remains to be seen whether the"Central-and-Eastern-Europeanization"of European political ecology is a short-term or long-term phenomenon,it will have far-reaching impact on China-CEEC Cooperation and China-EU relations.
