刘仍海教授基于“浊毒理论”以补脾柔肝、升清降浊法治疗慢性肛窦炎经验

摘　　要：刘仍海教授从事肛肠疾病研究三十余载,对慢性肛窦炎有着独到的见解和治疗方法。刘教授认为本病是由内外浊毒之邪相兼致病,浊毒既指机体正常代谢所排泄的污浊之物,也指因机体功能失常而内生的一种致病因素,脾虚肝郁为本病之本,浊毒蕴结为局部之标,清阳不升、浊阴难降是本病缠绵难愈之关键,治疗当“断其源,散其储”。本文从浊毒致病阐释慢性肛窦炎的发生发展及致病特点,介绍刘教授基于“浊毒理论”以补脾柔肝、升清降浊法治疗慢性肛窦炎的临床经验。Professor Liu Renghai has been engaged in the research of anorectal diseases for more than 30years,and has unique views and treatment methods on chronic anal sinusitis.Professor Liu believes that the disease is caused by both internal and external Zhuodu.Zhuodu refers to both the turbid substances excreted by the normal metabolism of the body and an endogenous pathogenic factor due to the dysfunction of the body.Spleen deficiency and liver stagnation are the root cause of the disease,and the Zhuodu accumulation is the local mark.The key to the lingering and difficult healing of the disease is that lucid yang failing to rise and the turbid yin does not fall.The treatment is to“cut off its source and disperse its storage”.This article explains the occurrence,development and pathogenic characteristics of chronic anal sinusitis from the perspective of turbid toxin,and introduces Professor Liu's clinical experience in treating chronic anal sinusitis with the method of tonifying spleen and softening liver and a ascending lucidity and descending turbidity based on the“Zhuodu Theory”.
