从托法观《外科正宗》“开户逐贼”的学术思想

摘　　要：文章根据《外科正宗》中所记述的相关托法内容,结合相关经典原文,探究陈实功《外科正宗》中“通调气机,开户逐贼”的学术思想,总结陈氏在运用托法时以表里气机疏畅为前提,以脾胃气机顺调为根本,通达人体窍道、开放肌理皮腠,最终达到开户逐贼,托邪外出为目的的临证思路。This article is based on the the method of supporting recorded in Orthodox Manual of External Diseases,combined with relevant classical texts,exploring Chen Shigong's thought of“Regulating Qi activity,Open the door and chase the thief”in Orthodox Manual of External Diseases,concluded that when Chen used the method of Tuo,he took the opening of outward-inside Qi organs as the premise,the unobstructure of spleen and stomach Qi movement as the root,to clear the human body's road and open the striae,finally achieved the goal of driving out perverse trend from the human body.
