基于“线粒体-内质网”结构偶联探讨“一体两翼、疏调气机”的气血生化观

摘　　要：中医学认为,气血是构成人体的物质基础,气的运行为人体新陈代谢提供动力来源。而现代医学认为,线粒体-内质网参与机体细胞多个生物反映途径并为其新陈代谢提供了物质基础及能量动力,笔者从祖国医学与现代医学角度,结合对其相关理念的认识,基于张震先生“一体两翼、疏调气机”理念探讨气血生化观,发现气血生化与“线粒体-内质网”偶联功能之间存在高度契合性,线粒体-内质网偶联(MAMs)平衡可能是保证机体信息正常传递整合、细胞功能正常运转的结构基础,此发现与中医学气机运行的生理特性十分相似;粒体-内质网偶联结构及功能失调,可能是“气血失和”的病理学基础,“疏调气机汤”可能是通过MAMs结构并介导相关生物学反应达到调和气血的目的,暨为后期探索疏调思想防治气血疾患奠定理论基础、开拓新思路。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that qi and blood are the material basis of the human body,and the operation of qi provides a source of power for human metabolism.Modern medicine believes that mitochondria-endoplasmic reticulum participates in multiple biological reflection pathways of body cells and provides material basis and energy power for its metabolism.The author combines the understanding of its related concepts from the perspective of Chinese medicine and modern medicine,and discusses the concept of qi and blood generation and transportation based on Mr.Zhang Zhen's concept of“one main body with two wings,regulating qi movement.”It is found that there is a high degree of compatibility between the concept of qi and blood generation and transportation and the function of“mitochondria-endoplasmic reticulum.”The balance of mitochondria-endoplasmic reticulum coupling(MAMs)may be the structural basis for ensuring the normal transmission and integration of body information and the normal operation of cell function.It is very similar to the physiological characteristics of qi movement in traditional Chinese medicine;the coupling structure and dysfunction of granosome-endoplasmic reticulum may be the pathological basis of‘disharmony between qi and blood'.‘Shutiao Qiji Decoction'may achieve the purpose of harmonizing qi and blood through the structure of MAMs and mediating related biological reactions,and which lay a theoretical foundation and open up new ideas for the later exploration of the prevention and treatment of qi and blood diseases with the thought of dredging and regulating.
