叶氏络病学说论治肿瘤并发症之“痛、呕、胀、痹”

摘　　要：痛、呕、胀、痹乃肿瘤患者临床常见并发症,中医学认为其产生的病因病机、发病部位、临床证候以及病程等皆与叶氏“络病学说”理论息息相关。本文通过将叶氏“络病学说”与肿瘤并发症相结合,分析总结叶氏在《临证指南医案》中应用“从络论治法”在癥瘕、积聚等所致疼痛、呕吐、臌胀、顽痹中的治疗思路及用药特点,以期为临床运用中医药特色治疗肿瘤疾病提供更多思路。Pain,vomiting,bloating,and phlegm are common clinical complications in patients with tumor.Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that the Etiology,pathogenesis,location,clinical symptoms and course of disease are closely related to Ye's theory of collaterals.This article combines Ye's“Collateral disease theory”with tumor complications,analyzes and summarizes the use of“from the theory of collaterals”in the“Medical Records for Clinical Guidance”tin the treatment of pain,vomiting,dropsy and paralysis caused by Zhengjia and Jiju.The treatment ideas and drug use characteristics of bloating and recalcitrant are expected to provide more ideas for the treatment of tumor diseases by Chinese medical doctors using traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.
