中医“药-茶”序贯疗法论治肥胖型糖尿病前期

摘　　要：肥胖型糖尿病前期是内分泌科常见的疾病,随着发病率不断增高,需要生活方式干预和药物长期治疗以减少糖尿病发病率和并发症发生。针对其基本病机“脾虚不运、痰瘀互结”,笔者采用“清、健、养”动态序贯疗法,中药汤剂早期化痰逐瘀为主清除邪气;中期健运脾气为主扶正固本;后期运用中药茶饮调养体质,以中医序贯辨治方案治疗肥胖型糖尿病前期,可以提高疗效,同时增加患者依从性,减轻患者经济负担。Obese patients with prediabetes is a common disease in endocrinology department.With the increasing incidence,lifestyle intervention and long-term drug treatment can reduce the incidence of diabetes and the complications.Aiming at the basic pathogenesis of spleen deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,the author adopted dynamic sequential therapy of“Qing,Healthy and Nourishing”.Traditional Chinese medicine decoction was used to remove phlegm and blood stasis mainly in the early stage to remove evil qi,and in the middle stage to strengthen and consolidate the essence.In the later stage,the use of herbal tea to recuperate the constitution and the sequential differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of obese prediabetes.The Traditioanl Chinese medicine sequential diagnosis and treatment programme for obese prediabetes can improve the curative effect,increase the compliance of patients and reduce the economic burden of patients.
