摘　　要：通过从中医心理疾病智能化平台的学术库中整理挖掘出历代医家对中医“思”、“气”的古今释义,基于“思则气结,思多伤脾”的理论分析,探讨了“思”的致病机制,脾主情感之思,脾为意之宅,脾运健旺,正气足则脾主思藏意的功能发挥正常;若思虑繁杂,脾之精气不足,不能养意则导致不寐、抑郁、痴呆、癫狂等情志疾病,发现从“思”、“气”变化贯穿情志发病始终,在其病程演变中占有重要地位。以“思则气结,思多伤脾”作为我们探索中医情志病的重要基础,我们将利用它来构建一个完整的理论体系,并将其应用于临床诊疗和药物研发,以期为中医情志病的治疗提供全新的视角和方法。The ancient and modern interpretations of“pensiveness”and“Qi”in TCM by physicians of past Dynasties are sorted out from the academic database of the intelligent platform of TCM psychological diseases.Based on the theoretical analysis of“anxiety impairing the spleen,pensiveness leading to qi knotting”as the starting point,The pathogenesis of“pensiveness”was discussed.The spleen is the master of emotional thinking,and spleen storing idea;if the spleen is healthy and the positive qi is sufficient,the spleen's function of mastering thinking and storing the mind is normal;if the spleen's essence is insufficient to nourish the mind as a result of heavy thinking,it will lead to emotional and mental illnesses,such as insomnia,depression,dementia,and epilepsy.Through the academic library of the Intelligent Platform for Psychological Diseases,we have compiled and excavated the ancient and modern interpretations of“pensiveness”and“Qi”in Chinese medicine by medical practitioner of all times,and analysed them based on the theory that“anxiety impairing the spleen,pensiveness leading to qi knotting”.It is found that the changes of“pensiveness”and“Qi”run through the onset of emotional diseases and plays an important role in the evolution of the disease process.Taking the principle of“anxiety impairing the spleen,pensiveness leading to qi knotting”as an important foundation for our exploration of emotional disorders in Chinese medicine,we will make use of it to construct a complete theoretical system and apply it to clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as drug research and development,with a view to providing a new perspective and methodology for the treatment of emotional disorders in Chinese medicine.
