中药三联疗法治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征改善卵巢血流动力学的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药三联疗法(中药直肠给药、盒灸联合辨证汤剂)治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome, LUFS)的临床疗效与不良反应。方法:将87例LUFS患者随机分为观察组44例和对照组43例,对照组给予辨证汤剂加HCG治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用中药直肠给药、盒灸治疗。结果:两组治疗后排卵周期数、卵泡最大直径、卵巢PI、卵巢RI、中医证候积分比较,观察组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药三联疗法能有效改善排卵障碍,疗效确切,且副作用小,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the triple therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(herbal rectal administration,box moxibustion combined with discriminative tonics)in the treatment of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS).Methods:87patients with LUFS were randomly divided into 44cases in the observation group and 43cases in the control group.The control group was treated with identification decoction plus HCG,while the observation group was treated with the combination of Chinese herbal medicine rectal administration and box moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Results:After treatment,the number of ovulation cycles,maximum follicle diameter,ovarian PI,ovarian RI,and TCM symptom score were significant(P<0.05)when compared between the two groups.Conclusion:The method of Chinese herbal triple therapy can effectively improve ovulation disorder with precise efficacy and little side effects,which is worth promoting.
