醒脑开窍针法联合高压氧对一氧化碳中毒昏迷患者苏醒时间及预后的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑开窍针法联合高压氧对一氧化碳中毒昏迷患者的苏醒时间及预后的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月四川大学华西第四医院收治的ACOP昏迷患者64例,随机均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规输液治疗的同时每日行高压氧治疗1次,治疗组在此基础上,每日行醒脑开窍针法1次,直至患者苏醒或30天为止。在治疗期间观察并记录受试者苏醒时间,在治疗前及疗程结束后分别进行格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分,统计有效率,并随访预后。结果:治疗组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(86.67%)(P<0.05),不良结局发生率治疗组(6.67%)低于对照组(13.33%)(P<0.05),苏醒时间治疗组明显短于对照组(P<0.05)、GCS评分差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针法联合高压氧治疗可加速ACOP昏迷患者意识恢复,改善症状,减少不良结局。Objective:To observe the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the recovery time and prognosis of coma patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods:A total of 64patients with carbon monoxide poisoning admitted to the West China School of Public Health and West China Fourth Hospital from January 2020to December 2021were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=32).The control group received routine treatment and hyperbaric oxygen therapy once a day,and the treatment group received Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture once a day on this basis until the patient waked up or 30days.The recovery time of the patients was observed and recorded during the treatment.The Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score was performed before and after the intervention,and the response rate was calculated.The outcomes were followed up.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(86.67%),the incidence of adverse outcomes in the treatment group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(13.33%),the recovery time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the GCS score had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy cam accelerate the recovery of consciousness,improve symptoms and reduce adverse outcomes in coma patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning.
