火针配合黛硫膏治疗寻常型斑块型银屑病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火针配合黛硫膏治疗寻常型斑块型银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将100例寻常型斑块型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例),治疗组采用火针配合黛硫膏治疗,对照组用卡泊三醇软膏外擦治疗。治疗4周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针配合黛硫膏治疗寻常型斑块型银屑病有较好的疗效和安全性,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical curative effects and safety in treating the Psoriasis vulgaris Plaque by fire needle and Dailiu ointment.Methods 100patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The fire needle and the Dailiu ointment were used in treatment group,and the control group was treated with topical rabbing of calcipotriol ointment.The effect rate was evaluated after 4weeks.Results Treatment group surpasses the control group obviously.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Fire needle and Dailiu ointment is effective in treatment of the Psoriasis vulgaris Plaque.
