小针刀整体松解术联合C臂引导下射频消融治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小针刀整体松解术联合C臂引导下射频消融治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效,探讨颈段脊柱生物力学内源性稳定和外源性稳定综合调整的临床价值。方法:对临床确诊的150例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予小针刀松整体解术联合C型臂透视下射频消融治疗,对照组给予射频消融治疗。结果:参照田中靖久颈椎病症状量表评分,以改善率的高低制定评价标准。对入院后第14天行近期疗效评价,出院1年行远期疗效评价,治疗组近期愈显率为93.33%、远期愈显率为92.30%;对照组近期愈显率为82.67%、远期愈显率为73.91%。结论:小针刀整体松解术联合C臂引导下射频消融治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,安全性高,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the elinical fficaey of small needle knife total release combined with C-arm guidedradio-frequency ablation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and to explore the clinical value of comprehensive adjustment of cervical spine biomechanical endogenous and exogenous stability.Methods:150 patients with clinically confirmed cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with small needle knife release combined with radiofrequency ablation under C-arm fluoroscopy,while the control group was treated with radiofrequency ablation.Results:According to the score of the Tanaka Jingjiu Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale,the evaluation criteria were e8-tablished based on the improvement rate.The short-term ffcacy evaluation was conducted on the 14th day after admission,and the long-term efficacy evaluation was conducted one year after discharge.In the treatment group,the short-term efficacy rate was 93.33%,and the long-term fficacy rale was 92.30%;The short-term and long-term recovery rates in the control group were 82.67%and 73.91%,respectively.Conclusion:The treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with small needle knife combined with C-arm guided radiofrequency ablation has significant efficacy and high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
