《针灸大成》喘与哮病因证治探析

摘　　要：《针灸大成》[1]是一本对后世针灸学发展产生极为深远影响的针灸古籍[2],其理论内容丰富且不乏实践操作内容,经文难懂之处伴以注解,且图文并茂,是中国古代不可多得的一部针灸百科全书。喘与哮既是疾病,也是症状,并且二者在临床上密切相关。哮喘为临床针灸治疗的适宜病症[3],该书中关于“喘”与“哮”的相关论述较为丰富但极为零散,因此本文对书中“喘”与“哮”的相关内容进行挖掘并整理,以期对临床论治“喘”与“哮”具有一定参考价值。Zhenjiu Dacheng(The Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion)is an ancient book of acupuncture and moxibustion which has exerted a profound influence on the development of acupuncture and moxibustion in the later generations.Its theoretical content is rich and there is no lack of practical operation experience,and the difficult parts are accompanied by annotations and illustrations.It is a rare encyclopedia of acupuncture and moxibustion in ancient China.“Dyspnea”and“asthma”are both diseases and symptoms,and they are closely related clinically.Asthma is a suitable condition for clinical acupuncture treatment.The treatment of dyspnea and asthma is well documented in each volume of the book.This paper sorted out and summarized the related discussions of dyspnea and asthma in Zhenjiu Dacheng,analyzed the disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,selection and combination rules of acupoints with relevant ancient books.In order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
