肥三针联合拔罐疗法治疗高脂血症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肥三针联合拔罐疗法治疗高脂血症的临床效果。方法:选取2020年11月~2022年10月本院收治的120例高脂血症患者,按照乱数表法分为A组、B组、C组各40例。C组予以常规西药治疗与饮食控制,B组在A组基础上予以拔罐疗法,A组在C组基础上予以肥三针(内关、足三里、三阴交)联合拔罐疗法,三组均连续治疗2个月。比较治疗前后三组中医证候积分(胃脘胀满、痰多黏稠、肢体沉重)、血脂指标[低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)]、肥胖指标[身体质量指数(BMI)、体脂率(FAT)、肥胖度(A)]、血管内皮指标[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)]。结果:治疗后三组中医证候积分、LDL-C、TG、TC、BMI、FAT、A、ET-1水平较治疗前均下降,且A组B组>C组(P<0.05)。结论:肥三针联合拔罐疗法治疗高脂血症临床效果显著,能有效修复患者血管内皮损伤,在降低患者血脂与改善肥胖方面较单纯西药治疗与饮食控制均具有明显优势,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical effects of fat three-needle therapy combined with cupping therapy in treating hyperlipidemia.Methods 120 patients with hyperlipidemia admitted to the hospital from November 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into group A,group B and group C according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Group C was given conventional western medicine treatment and diet control,group B was given cupping therapy on the basis of group C,and group A was given fat three-needle therapy(Neiguan,Zusanli and Sanyinjiao acupoints)combined with cupping therapy on the basis of group C.All three groups were continuously treated for 2 months.The scores of TCM syndromes(gastric fullness,viscous sputum,heavy limbs),blood lipids indicators[low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)],obesity indicators[body mass index(BMI),body fat percentage(FAT),obesity degree(A)]and vascular endothelial indicators[vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)]were compared among the three groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,LDL-C,TG,TC,BMI,FAT,A and ET-1 in the three groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the indicators were shown as group A<group B<group C(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HDL-C,VEGF and NO in the three groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and the levels were manifested as group A>group B>group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Fat three-needle therapy combined with cupping therapy has significant clinical effects on hyperlipidemia,and it can effectively repair the vascular endothelial injury,it has obvious advantages in reducing blood lipids and improving obesity compared with simple western medicine treatment and diet control,and it has high clinical application value.
