摘　　要：结合形态学和分子生物学技术手段,对采自秦岭的1份大型真菌样本进行了鉴定,结果显示该样本与1959年报道的Dacrymyces dictyosporus(中文名未定)属同一种,为中国新记录种。其担子果小型至中型,呈无柄枕状、角状,有时具柄,新鲜时多呈亮橙色至橙色,软胶质,表面脑状;担孢子宽且呈钝梭形、蚕蛹形、梨形,顶端具小突起,大小为(15.2)19~22(26.5)μm×(6)8~10(11)μm;内部菌丝均匀,无锁状联合。A large fungal specimen collected from the Qinling Mountains was identified by combining morphology and molecular biology.The results showed that the sample belongs to the same species as Dacrymyces dictyosporus(no Chinese name)reported in 1959,which is the new record species in China.The basidiocarps of D.dictyosporus are small to medium,sessile occipital,hornlike,or sometimes petiolate,bright orange,soft glial,cerebral surface when fresh.Basidiospores typically broadly and blunt-ly fusiform,pupae-shaped,pear-shaped.With thick walls and septa,tinted,apiculate,the size is(15.2)19-22(26.5)μm×(6)8-10(11)μm.The internal mycelium is homogeneous,clamp connections absent.
