摘　　要：云鸡(土从)1号(YJZ01)、云鸡(土从)4号(YJZ04)和云鸡(土从)5号(YJZ05)是由野生长根菇菌株经组织分离、初筛、复筛,系统选育获得的新品种。品种特征差异显著,稳定性好,出菇期短,产量比对照露水鸡(土从)分别增产28.28%、33.10%及36.21%,是品质较优的中高温型抗性品种。YJZ01、YJZ05分别来源于大理州鸡足山、普洱市锦屏镇,抗逆性和适应性强,适于在海拔2000 m以下地区栽培;YJZ04来源于保山市潞江坝,耐热性和抗性好,适宜在海拔1700 m以下地区栽培。YJZ01,YJZ04 and YJZ05 were the new cultivars which were systematically selected from wild Hymenopellis rapha-nipesstrains subjected to tissue isolation,primary and secondary screening.They were themedium-high temperature types of mor-phological characteristics differ quite widely with wide adaptability,high yield increased by 28.28%,33.10%and 36.21%respec-tively than control.The YJZ01 and YJZ05 were cultivars with strong stress-resistance and adaptability from Jizu Mountain of Dali City and Jinping town of Puer City,separately,which were suitable for cultivating in the areas below 2000 m.However,the YJZ04 from Lujiangba of Baoshan City showed good heat tolerance and resistance,and was suitable for cultivating below 1700 m.
