摘  要:为了实现动态的频率控制,设计了一款双通带可调滤波器。通过改变变容二极管电容,使通带的中心频率发生移动,并且该滤波器的2个通带在调谐过程中相互独立。通过在源与负载之间引入容性耦合,在靠近滤波器每一个通带的两侧各产生1个传输零点,共有4个传输零点,从而提高了带外抑制性。最终制备并测试的双通带滤波器低频通带中心频率在1.40~1.49 GHz之间连续可调,高频通带中心频率在2.10~2.24 GHz之间连续可调,2个通带的插入损耗均低于2.6 dB,回波损耗均高于10 dB,能够满足目前对滤波器小型化、多频段、高性能的要求。In order to realize dynamic frequency controlling,a dual-band tunable filter was designed.By changing the capacitance of the varactor,the center frequency of the passband shifts,and the two bands of the filter are independent of each other during the tuning process.By introducing capacitive coupling between the source and the load,one transmission zero is generated on each side near the filter passband,and a total of four transmission zeros are generated,thus improving the out-of-band inhibition.The dual-band filter was fabricated and tested.The center frequency of the low-frequency passband can be continuously tuned between 1.40 GHz and 1.49 GHz,and the center frequency of the high-frequency passband can be continuously tuned between 2.10 GHz and 2.24 GHz.The insertion losses of both passbands are lower than 2.6 dB,and the return losses are higher than 10 dB.It can meet the current requirements of filter miniaturization,multi-frequency band and high performance.
