摘 要:碳达峰背景下,火电机组锅炉面临频繁且大范围负荷变化的深度调峰运行,导致炉膛水冷壁温度和应力产生交替波动,严重时发生爆管事故。采用基于流-热-固耦合的数值模拟方法,获得了垂直管屏膜式水冷壁在深度调峰运行条件下的应力场分布,发现应力最大位置为水冷壁管与扁钢焊接处,为预防水冷壁发生应力拉裂破坏事故的改进设计提供指导。Under the background of carbon peak requirement,thermal power unit boilers are faced with frequent and extensive load changes in the deep peak regulating operation,resulting in temperature and stress alternate fluctuations in furnace water wall,and pipe explosion accidents occured especially.The numerical simulation method based on fluid-ther⁃mal-solid coupling is used to obtain the stress field distribution of the vertical tube panel membrane water wall under the condition of deep peak regulating operation.It is found that the maximum stress is located at the welding line between the water wall tube and the flat steel,which provides guidance for improving the design to prevent stress tension fracture of the water wall.
