摘　　要：研究了一种不添加防腐剂内墙乳胶漆的制备及各项性能,实验不添加任何的防腐剂防霉剂,而是通过调整配方的pH值大于11,处于高碱性状态,使大部分霉菌、细菌是无法滋生繁殖。该研究主要从乳胶及用量的选择,填料的选择,多功能助剂的选择,增稠剂的选择,产品的遮盖力、贮存稳定性、耐洗刷性、碱性持久性、施工性、环境友好性等几个方面进行讨论。研究结果表明,选用耐高碱的苯丙乳胶,质量分数在13%~14%,多功能助剂选用SI50,合理配用其他颜填料和助剂,制得的乳胶漆具有良好的遮盖力、贮存稳定性、耐洗刷性和施工性,且VOC、甲醛、重金属的检测均为未检出,具有很好的环境友好性能。This experiment studied the preparation and various properties of a kind of preservative-free interior wall latex coatings.The experiment did not add any preservatives and mildew inhibitors,but adjusted the pH value of the formula to be more than 11,which was a highly alkaline state,so that most molds and bacteria could not breed.This study mainly discusses the selection of latex and its dosage,the selection of filler,the selection of multi-functional additive,the selection of thickener,and the covering power,storage stability,scrub resistance,alkaline durability,workability,environmental protection and other aspects of the product.The research results show that when styrene-acrylic latex with high alkali resistance is selected,the dosage is 13%~14%(wt.%),multi-functional additive SI50 is selected,and other pigments,fillers and additives are reasonably used,the latex coatings produced have good covering power,storage stability,scrub resistance and workability,VOC,formaldehyde and heavy metals are not detected,and the coatings are very environmentally friendly.
