农村精神文明建设视域下农民主体意识培育研究

摘　　要：农民是农村精神文明建设创造主体与价值主体的统一。培育农民主体意识,充分发挥农民主体作用,对加快推进农村精神文明建设具有重要意义。当前在农村精神文明建设工作中存在着农民自我意识、自主意识、责任意识和创新意识缺失的问题,农民主体意识缺失主要由历史、现实、文化和制度原因造成,阻碍农村精神文明建设工作的深入推进。农村精神文明建设视域下农民主体意识的培育必须夯实农村思想阵地,提升农民家园建设凝聚力;加强农村基层民主建设,调动村民自治参与力;强化新型职业农民教育引导,提高农民发展内生力;深化城乡一体化改革,提高农民自我认同力。Farmers are the unity of the main body of creation and value in the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas.It is of great significance to speed up the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas to cultivate farmers'subject consciousness and give full play to their main role.At present,there exists the problem of farmers'lack of self-consciousness,independent consciousness,responsibility consciousness and innovation consciousness in the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas.The lack of farmers'subject consciousness,mainly caused by historical,realistic,cultural and institutional reasons,hinders the further promotion of the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas.From the perspective of the construction of rural spiritual civilization,the cultivation of farmers'subject consciousness must consolidate the ideological position in rural areas to enhance the cohesion of farmers'home construction,strengthen the construction of grass-roots democracy in rural areas to mobilize villagers'autonomous participation,strengthen the education and guidance of new vocational farmers to improve farmers'development endogenous force,and deepen the reform of urban-rural integration to improve farmers'self-identity.
