摘　　要：石门县农业技术推广服务体系的建设对于农业科技推广具有明显的促进作用。该服务体系包括政府、专业农技人员和农民三方,完备的技术支持和服务设施能够提供及时有效的农业技术更新和信息传递,从而缩小城乡差距、改善农村生产的发展环境,提高农民的生产技术水平。农技人员的专业水平对于农业科技推广的效果起到决定性的作用,技术水平高的农技人员能够更好地向农民传递和应用适宜的农业技术,同时监督和引导农民的技术操作,以更好地提高农业生产效益和质量。政府需要建立健全的政策支持体系,加大对农业技术的政策引导和扶持,激发农民的生产积极性和创新性。The establishment of agricultural technology extension service system in Shimen County plays an obvious role in promoting agricultural science and technology extension.The service system involves the government,the professional agricultural technician and the farmer.Complete technical support and service facilities can provide timely and effective agricultural technology updates and information transmission,thus narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,improving the development environment of rural production,and enhancing the production technology level of farmers.The professional level of agricultural technicians plays a decisive role in the effectiveness of agricultural science and technology extension.Agricultural technicians with high technical level can better transmit and apply appropriate agricultural technologies to farmers,and at the same time supervise and guide farmers'technical operation,in order to better improve the efficiency and quality of agricultural production.The government needs to establish a sound policy support system,increase policy guidance and support for agricultural technology,and stimulate farmers'enthusiasm and innovation in production.
