摘　　要：文章应用Kano模型统计分析谱牒档案网站用户需求指标,构建Better-Worse系数坐标四分位图,确立各个项目的需求优先级。提出必备基础包含信息资料获取便捷高效、模版模块覆盖群体全面、信息共享促进国际文旅,新兴需求包含寻亲寻根满足归属心理、平台数据助推血缘建设、电子纸质双边族谱修编、家风建设促成儿童德育、软件程序揭示高快节奏,以及安全奠基发展建设共三个层面的用户切实需求。旨在探究现代互联网和生活形态下动态提升的谱牒档案网站服务,为传统谱牒文化传播发展找到创新的突破口,为现代谱牒档案网站服务改善提供依据。The Kano model is used to analyze the user demand of the genealogy website. The Better-Worse coefficient coordinate quartile map is constructed to establish the demand priority of each project. The necessary foundations include: convenient and efficient access to information, takes care of the needs of most groups, and information sharing promotes international cultural tourism. The emerging needs include: seeking relatives and roots to satisfy the belonging psychology, platform data to boost the construction of consanguinity, Both electronic and paper genealogies can be made, family tradition construction to promote children's moral education, software programs to reveal the fast pace. There is also the security basis. The aim is to explore the dynamic improvement of genealogy website service in the modern Internet and life type, find an innovative breakthrough for the development of traditional genealogy culture communication, and provide a basis for the improvement of modern genealogy website website service.
