摘  要:轮对是轨道车辆走行部的关键部件,具有导向和承载的功能.及时有效的轮对故障检测对于保障列车安全运营至关重要.非接触式列车车轮检测技术因其具有速度快、无损伤、精度高等优点而逐渐成为研究热点.介绍了轮对结构及主要检测项目,阐述并分析了多种非接触式检测方法的流程、特点、热点及进展,在技术融合创新、装备更新换代、系统性能综合提升及检测流程降本增效等方面展望了轮对非接触式检测的发展方向.Wheelset is the key component of the running gear in rail trains,which has the function of guiding and load bearing.Timely and effective fault detection of wheelset plays a vital role in ensuring the safe operation of trains.Non-contact wheelset inspection technology has gradually become the hot research topic due to its advantages of high efficiency,no damage and high accuracy.The structure and main inspection items of wheelset were introduced,and the processes,characteristics,hot spots and progress of various non-contact detection methods were described and analyzed.The development direction of wheelset non-contact inspection was envisioned in terms of integrating and innovating technology,renewing equipment,improving comprehensive system performance,reducing costs,and enhancing the efficiency of the inspection process.
