摘  要:高性能含氟聚丙烯酸酯(fluorinated polyacrylate,PF)防腐蚀涂层在电子器件防护中有重要用途.通过3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩(EDOT)与含氟丙烯酸酯共聚制得高防护、电活性的EDOT-含氟聚合物(PFET)涂层.采用扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)、X射线光电子能谱(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,XPS)、光学接触角(optical contact angle,OCA)、循环伏安测试和附着力测试等手段对PFET涂层的表面状态和电化学性质进行表征,利用Tafel极化曲线和电化学交流阻抗谱(electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,EIS)评价了PFET涂层在w(NaCl)=3.5%溶液中的电化学防腐蚀性能,采用盐雾实验和人工汗液实验研究了涂层的耐化学腐蚀性能.结果表明:PFET在基底表面可形成1μm左右的疏水涂层,水滴接触角约为115°;与PF相比,PFET共聚物涂层的防腐蚀性能有很大提升,n(EDOT)∶n(C 6Rf)为0.3∶1时涂层腐蚀性能最好,自腐蚀电流密度(I corr)和腐蚀电位(E corr)分别为0.0072μA·cm-2和-135 mV,与PF涂层相比,涂层阻抗(R c)增加2个数量级;盐雾实验和人工汗液测试均表明,PFET涂层防腐蚀性能优于PF涂层,盐雾实验96 h后没有观察到明显的腐蚀.通过添加EDOT共聚提升了涂层的电子屏蔽和防腐蚀性能,为开发高防腐蚀性能涂层提供新思路.High performance fluorinated polyacrylate(PF)corrosion resistance coatings had important applications in protecting electronic devices.Electroactivity fluoropolymer(PFET)coatings with good protection was prepared by copolymerization of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(EDOT)and fluoroacrylate.The surface state and electrochemical properties of PFET coating were characterized by various techniques,such as scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),optical contact angle(OCA),cyclic voltammetry and adhesion test etc.The electrochemical anti-corrosion performance of the PFET coating in w(NaCl)=3.5%solution was evaluated by Tafel polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The chemical corrosion resistance of the coatings was studied by salt spray test and artificial sweat test.The results showed that the PFET polymer could form hydrophobic coatings of 1μm in thickness on the substrate,showed a water contact angle of about 115°.The corrosion resistance of the PFET copolymer coatings displayed greatly improved performance compared to the PF.The PFET synthesized with EDOT to C 6Rf of 0.3∶1 in molar ratio exhibited the best corrosion resistance performance,showed a self-corrosion current density(I corr)and a corrosion potential(E corr)of 0.0072μA·cm-2 and-135 mV,respectively.The impedance(R c)increased by two orders of magnitude compared to the PF coating.Salt spray and artificial sweat tests showed that the corrosion resistance performance of the PFET coatings was much better than that of the PF coating.No obvious corrosion was observed after salt spray test for 96 h.The electronic shielding and anti-corrosion performance of the fluorinated polyacrylate coatings were improved by copolymerization of EDOT,which would provide an alternative approach for developing coatings with high corrosion resistance.
