摘　　要：伴随中医药产业迎来的良好发展机遇,传统中药饮片生产企业也面临规模化与产业化的发展问题。文章运用信息可视化的视觉传达设计语言,建立面向中药饮片生产企业的视觉管理系统,使数字化技术与精益生产融合。本次设计方案面向中药饮片生产企业,建立视觉管理系统逻辑框架,利用系统信息传播特点和视觉传达设计方法完成系统交互界面设计、图标设计和空间环境信息设置规范,并对信息载体终端产品进行改进,完成可穿戴移动终端、管理中心显示终端与设备终端产品设计。在此基础上,以切制工艺车间为样本植入视觉管理系统模型,并对该模型进行可行性测试。测试结果表明,视觉管理系统能够为中药饮片企业的生产系统化提供有效帮助,从而为我国中医药产业发展提供管理方法指导。With the Chinese medicine industry ushering in good development opportunities,traditional Chinese medicine slice production enterprises are also facing problems of scale and industrialization.This research uses the visual communication design language of information visualization to establish a visual management system for Chinese herbal medicine production enterprises to integrate digital technology and lean production.This design plan is aimed at traditional Chinese medicine slice production enterprises,establishing a visual management system logical framework.By utlizing the characteristics of system information dissemination and visual communication design methods,the system interaction interface design,icon design,and spatial environment information setting specifications are completed.The information carrier terminal product is improved,and the wearable mobile terminal,management center display terminal,and device terminal product design are completed.On this basis,a visual management system model was implanted using the cutting process workshop as a sample,and feasibility testing was conducted on the model.The test results indicate that the visual management system can provide effective assistance for the systematization of production in traditional Chinese medicine slice enterprises,thereby providing management method guidance for the development of China's traditional Chinese medicine industry.
