摘　　要：目的:编制牙本质过敏病人相关生活质量量表,并进行效度和信度检验。方法:通过查阅国内外文献、对20例牙本质过敏病人进行半结构化访谈形成牙本质过敏病人相关生活质量量表函询问卷;采用德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询形成初期量表;对150例牙本质过敏病人进行预测试,形成暂定版量表;对277例牙本质过敏病人进行问卷调查形成牙本质过敏病人相关生活质量量表最终版。结果:牙本质过敏病人相关生活质量量表由饮食、情绪、社交、卫生和疼痛5个因子构成,累积方差贡献率为71.370%;探索性因子分析结果显示,量表KMO值为0.806,Bartlett’s球形检验χ^(2)=2 983.426,P<0.001;验证性因子分析结果显示,量表拟合优度较好,量表各因子和总量表的Cronbach’s α系数分别为0.841~0.912和0.802。结论:编制的牙本质过敏病人相关生活质量量表信效度良好,可用于测量牙本质过敏病人的生活质量。Objective:To develop the quality of life scale for patients with dentin hypersensitivity and test its validity and reliability.Methods:By consulting the literatures in China and abroad,conducting semi-structured interviews with 20 patients with dentin hypersensitivity to form a questionnaire for the entry of the quality of life scale for patients with dentin hypersensitivity,and then,Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert letter inquiry scale at the initial stage of formation.150 patients with dentin hypersensitivity were pre-tested to form a provisional version of the scale.A total of 300 patients with dentin hypersensitivity were investigated to form the final version of the quality of life scale for patients with dentin hypersensitivity,and the validity and reliability of the scale were tested.Results:The quality of life scale for patients with dentin hypersensitivity consisted of five factors,which were diet,emotion,social interaction,hygiene,and pain.The cumulative variance contribution rate of the scale was 71.370%.The value of KMO was 0.806,the Bartlett sphere test showed thatχ^(2)=2983.426(P<0.001).The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the goodness of fit of the scale was good,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficients of each factor and the total scale were 0.841-0.912 and 0.802,respectively.Conclusion:The quality of life scale for patients with dentin hypersensitivity has good reliability and validity,which can be used to measure the quality of life of patients with dentin hypersensitivity.
