摘　　要：毛泽东认为青年具有革命的先锋队和党的后备军的政治属性。从生理特点来说,青年人身体机能年轻且充满活力,富有创造力且具有拼搏精神。根据矛盾的特殊性原理,针对青年的工作必须符合青年的特点。毛泽东关于青年特点的论述启示我们在培育时代新人的过程中要将政治属性放在第一位,注重培养青年全面发展,支持青年人才挑大梁,发扬青年的拼搏精神,引导青年为民族复兴的中国梦奉献青春。Mao Zedong believes that the youth bear a political attribute of revolutionary vanguard and reserve forces of the Party.The youth are physically young,energetic,innovative,and hard working.According to the particularity of contradiction,the work for youth should conform to the characteristics of youth.Mao Zedong’s exposition on the characteristics of youth gives us some enlightenment:we should put political attributes first in the process of cultivating new generations of the times;we should lay stress on young people’s all-round development;we should encourage young talents to take the lead,develop their fighting spirit,and guide them to dedicate their youth to national rejuvenation.
