摘　　要：思想政治教育是我国目前医学院校教育的重心之一,是促进教师全面发展、推动中国医学事业进步的重要保障。医学院校课程思政建设是培养具有仁心仁术、辩证思维、人文关怀及正确的政治观、道德观、人生观的医学人才的有效途径之一。全面推进课程思政建设,教师是关键。医学院校的临床教师是学生观察和学习的主要对象和目标,因此,临床教师的思想政治修养对我国医疗人才培养质量有重要的作用,加强临床教师的思想政治修养对于建设“健康中国”具有重要意义。以口腔临床教师为例,分析在新时代课程思政背景下,临床教师思政修养的重要性。Ideological and political education is one of the focuses of education in medical colleges and universities in China,and it is an important guarantee for promoting the all-round development of teachers and promoting the progress of China’s medical cause.The curriculum ideology and politics construction of medical school is one of the effective ways to cultivate medical talents with benevolence,dialectical thinking,humanistic care and correct moral,political and life outlook.To comprehensively promote the curriculum ideology and politics construction teachers are the key.Clinical teachers in medical schools are the main objects and goals of students’observation and learning.Therefore,the ideological and political cultivation of clinical teachers plays an important role in the quality of medical personnel training in China.This article takes clinical oral teachers as an example to analyze the importance of ideological and political cultivation of clinical teachers in the context of“curriculum ideology and politics”in the new era.
