摘　　要：在医学专业研究生的培养中,加强“大思政”视阈下思想政治教育的重要性及培养模式的探讨。在时代背景下,针对医学专业研究生的特殊性,在管理模式、社会主义核心价值观、科研诚信、职业道德教育、导师的引导作用、心理健康管理、规范的培训体系等多方面,进行思想政治教育,在课堂内外、学校内外,将思想政治理论及实践加以整合、协同和优化,将理论与实践相结合,加强思想政治教育。在理论教育、学习、生活、科研的实践中也要强调思想政治教育的重要性,逐步探索与高校本身教育模式相吻合的“大思政”育人体系,进一步构建科学化、规范化、合理化的新型教育模式。This paper puts forward the importance of strengthening ideological and political education and the discussion of training mode in the cultivation of medical postgraduates.Under the background,aiming at the particularity of medical professional master graduate student,in the management pattern,the socialist core values,research integrity,professional ethics education,teacher’s guide,mental health management,standardize the training system and other aspects,ideological and political education should be carried out,Both inside and outside the classroom,inside and outside the school,the ideological and political theory and practice integration,coordination and optimization,should be strengthened to promote ideological and political education by combining theory with practice.In the practice of theoretical education,study,life and scientific research,the importance of ideological and political education is of a great importance.Along this way,the colleges and universities can gradually explore the“Big ideological and political”education system which is consistent with the educational mode of colleges and universities themselves,and further build a more scientific,standardized and rationalized new education mode.
