摘  要:为探讨渗透调节物质与抗寒性的关系,对不同枣品种进行抗寒性评价,本文选取灵武长枣、早脆王、金矮三号、清涧圆枣、京六零、六月鲜等6个枣品种,研究当年生枝条的渗透调节物质在自然降温过程中的变化规律。结果表明:在自然条件下随着温度的不断降低,6个枣品种可溶性糖含量呈先减少后增加的趋势,总体呈增加的趋势;可溶性蛋白含量呈先增加后降低的趋势;游离脯氨酸的含量呈先增后减的趋势;淀粉含量总体呈平缓上升的趋势。除此以外还利用Fuzzy数学隶属函数综合评判法比较了六个不同枣品种的抗寒性,得出六种枣树的抗寒能力由大到小的顺序为:早脆王>灵武长枣>六月鲜>清涧圆枣>京六零>金矮三号。该研究结果可为榆林地区选育抗性较好的红枣品种和大规模引种提供理论依据。In order to investigate the relationship between osmotic adjustment substances and cold resistance,and to evaluate the cold resistance of different jujube varieties,six jujube varieties,namely Lingwu Changzao,ZaoCuiwang,Jinai3,Qingjian Yuanzao,Jing 60 and Liu Yuexian,were selected as materials to explore the changes of osmotic adjustment substances in the shoots of the same year in the process of natural cooling.The results showed that the soluble sugar content of six jujube varieties decreased first and then increased with the decrease of temperature under natural conditions,and the soluble sugar content showed an overall increasing trend.The soluble protein content of six jujube varieties increased first and then decreased.The content of free proline in six jujube cultivars increased first and then decreased.The content of starch in six jujube varieties showed a gentle rising trend.The cold resistance of six jujube trees was compared using Fuzzy mathematical membership function comprehensive evaluation method to investigate the relationship between osmotic adjustment substances and cold resistance.In conclusion,the cold resistance of six jujube trees is as follows:Zao Cuiwang>Lingwu Changzao>Liu Yuexian>Qingjian Yuanzao>Jing60>Jinaisanhao.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the selection of jujube varieties with better resistance and their large-scale introduction in Yulin.
