摘 要:采用连续流一体化生物反应器(CIBR)耦合旁路化学除磷单元处理生活污水,研究其生物化学协同除磷特性,探究旁路单元化学药剂对CIBR性能与功能菌群的影响。结果表明,CIBR对污水COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TN、TP平均去除率分别达到88.5%、85.8%、75.0%、70.4%,但出水TP远高于国家一级A标准(0.5 mg/L)。CIBR耦合旁路除磷技术(PAC=40 mg/L)的试验表明,其出水TP可稳定达到一级A标准。当投加9×10^(-4)mol/L的Al^(3+)时,对活性污泥的呼吸速率产生明显的抑制作用,该抑制主要体现在对氨氧化细菌(AOB)和异养菌活性的影响,但对亚硝酸盐氧化菌(NOB)的抑制作用不明显。高通量测序结果表明,在属水平,投加PAC有利于兼性菌等增殖,但不利于反硝化菌、AOB等生长。A continuous-inflow integrated bioreactor(CIBR)coupled with a bypass chemical phosphorus removal unit was used to treat domestic wastewater,and the synergistic phosphorus removal and the effects of coagulants in the bypass unit on the performance and functional community of the CIBR were studied.The results showed that the average removal rates of COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,TN,and TP by CIBR reached 88.5%,85.8%,75.0%,and 70.4%,respectively.The effluent TP was much higher than the first-class A discharge standard(0.5 mg/L).However,the effluent TP of the CIBR coupled with the bypass unit(PAC=40 mg/L)could consistently meet the first-class A of discharge standard.When 9×10^(-4)mol/L Al^(3+)was added,there was a significant inhibitory effect on the respiratory rate of activated sludge,mainly reflected in the activity of ammonia oxidizing bacteria(AOB)and heterotrophic bacteria,but the inhibitory effect on nitrite oxidizing bacteria(NOB)was not significant.Furthermore,the results of high-throughput sequencing showed that the dosing of PAC favored the proliferation of facultative bacteria at the genus level,but suppressed the metabolism of denitrifying bacteria,AOB,and so on.
