摘  要:膜污染是阻碍纳滤膜广泛应用的关键因素之一,为考察溶解性有机物对纳滤膜的污染程度,本研究采用混凝、超滤和树脂三种预处理技术,利用XDLVO理论解析膜污染的微观作用力,并通过Hermia模型和Tansel模型分析膜污染机理和膜污染潜能。结果表明,XDLVO理论对原水-NF和超滤-NF纳滤膜表面污染层的变化具有较好的预测结果,但可能受试验水中的离子强度影响,XDLVO理论对本研究中混凝-NF和树脂-NF的纳滤膜表面污染层变化的预测结果存在一定的偏差。模型分析发现,Tansel模型相较于Hermia模型能够更好地描述纳滤膜的污染过程。TSI数值表明,MIEX树脂吸附预处理具有能够更好的降低膜污染的潜力,缓解膜污染。Membrane pollution is one of the key factors hindering the wide application of nanofiltration membranes.In order to investigate the pollution degree of dissolved organics on the nanofiltration membranes,three pretreatment technologies,coagulation,ultrafiltration and resin were used to analyze the micro force of membrane pollution using XDLVO theory in this study,and membrane pollution mechanism and membrane pollution potential were analyzed through Hermia and Tansel models.The results showed that the XDLVO theory has a good prediction result for the change of the surface pollution layer of raw water NF and ultrafiltration NF nanofiltration membranes,but it may be affected by the ionic strength of the test water.XDLVO theory has a certain deviation for the prediction result of the change of the surface pollution layer of coagulation NF and resin NF nanofiltration membranes in this study.According to the model analysis,the Tansel model can better describe the fouling process of nanofiltration membrane than the Hermia model.TSI value shows that MIEX resin adsorption pretreatment has the potential to reduce membrane pollution and alleviate membrane pollution.
