摘  要:以海藻酸钠为骨架,结合多壁碳纳米管和Fe_(3)O_(4)通过悬浮滴定CaCl_(2)溶液法制备Fe_(3)O_(4)@SA/MWCNTs复合凝胶球。使用SEM、BET、XRD、FT-IR、XPS、VSM等表征手段对所制备的材料进行表征,并采用单因素控制变量法探究了Fe_(3)O_(4)@SA/MWCNTs对MB的吸附性能和影响因素。结果表明:Fe_(3)O_(4)@SA/MWCNTs具有较大的比表面积和孔容积;材料具有良好的超顺磁性,其饱和磁化强度高达13.82 emu/g,属于软磁范畴;在30℃、pH为9的环境下,1.0 g/L Fe_(3)O_(4)@SA/MWCNTs对50 mL 20mg/L MB溶液吸附300 min后,吸附率高达97.01%,吸附量达到19.40 mg/g;同时此吸附剂在pH为4~10的范围内都具有良好的吸附效果;对MB的吸附过程更符合Langmuir等温模型和伪二级动力学模型,该吸附过程属于单分子层吸附,更偏向于化学吸附;该吸附剂具有良好的循环吸附性能,在经过5次吸附解吸循环后,对MB的去除率仍保持90%以上。The Fe_(3)O_(4)@SA/MWCNTs composite gel spheres were prepared by suspension titration of CaCl_(2)solution with sodium alginate as the skeleton,multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)and Fe_(3)O_(4).SEM,BET,XRD,FT-IR,XPS,VSM,and other characterization methods were used to characterize the prepared adsorbent materials.The single-factor control variable method was used to explore the adsorption performance of Fe_(3)O_(4)@SA/MWCNTs on MB and the influencing factors.The results showed that the Fe_(3)O_(4)@SA/MWCNTs have a large specific surface area and pore volume.The material has good superparamagnetism,and its saturation magnetization is as high as 13.82 emu/g,belonging to the category of soft magnetism.The material has good superparamagnetism and its saturation magnetization is as high as 13.82 emu/g,belonging to the category of soft magnetism.At 30℃and pH=9,the adsorption rate of 1.0 g/L Fe_(3)O_(4)@SA/MWCNTs on 50 mL 20 mg/L MB solution reached 97.01%and the adsorption capacity reached 19.40 mg/g after 300 min.At the same time,the adsorbent has a good adsorption effect in the range of pH=4~10.The adsorption process of MB is more consistent with Langmuir isothermal model and pseudo-second-order kinetic model.The adsorption process belongs to monolayer adsorption,which is more inclined to chemical adsorption.The adsorbent has good cyclic adsorption performance,and the removal rate of MB remains above 90%after five cycles of adsorption and desorption.
