摘  要:针对某污水处理厂二期扩建工程存在的进水浓度高、碳氮比低、处理难度大、排放要求高等问题,设计开发了三级格栅+曝气沉砂+初沉池+Bardenpho+高效沉淀池+V型滤池+紫外线与次氯酸钠联合消毒的处理工艺,并对Bardenpho工艺进行优化:设置预缺氧区,并采取多点进水、多点内回流、多点碳源投加和缺氧/好氧可调等措施。实践证明,采取多点进水、多点内回流、多点碳源投加方式较传统工艺总氮总的去除率提高约18.6%左右;项目自2021年1月正式投运以来,COD、BOD_(5)、SS、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP平均去除率分别为96.3%、99.2%、96.6%、98.6%、87.0%、98.4%,出水水质能够稳定达到设计要求;运行期直接成本约0.658元/m^(3),其中电费0.258元/m^(3),药剂费0.298元/m^(3),维修费0.061元/m^(3),其它0.041元/m^(3),可为同类水质的污水处理厂提供参考。Because of the problems in the phase II expansion project of a sewage treatment plant,such as high influent concentration,low C/N issue,difficult treatment and high discharge requirement,the treatment process of three-stage grid+aerated grit chamber+primary sedimentation tank+bardenpho+high efficiency sedimentation tank+V-shaped filter+combined disinfection of ultraviolet and sodium hypochlorite were developed,and the bardenpho process was optimized.A pre-anoxic area and some measures such as multi-point influent distribution,multi-point internal reflux distribution,multi-point carbon source adding,and adjustable anoxic/aerobic tank were proposed.It has proved that the TN removal rate of the multipoint water inflow,multi-point internal reflux,and multi-point carbon source dosing method is about 18.6%higher than that of the traditional process.Since the project was put into operation in January 2021,the average removal rates of COD,BOD_(5),SS,NH_(3)-N,TN,and TP were 96.3%,99.2%,96.6%,98.6%,87.0%,and 98.4%respectively.The effluent quality can stably meet the design requirements.The direct cost during the operation period is about 0.658 yuan/m^(3),including 0.258 yuan/m^(3)for electricity,0.298 yuan/m^(3)for chemicals,0.061 yuan/m^(3)for maintenance,and 0.041 yuan/m^(3)for others.The project can provide a reference for sewage treatment plants with similar water quality.
