摘  要:为提高镍基复合材料的耐腐蚀性能。使用超声波震荡,使镀液中充分分散纳米TiO_(2)颗粒,利用直流稳压电源和恒温加热磁力搅拌器在液体硅胶上制备Ni-TiO_(2)复合镀层,通过改变二氧化钛含量调节复合材料的性能,采用冷场发射扫描电子显微镜、型X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射仪和电化学工作室检测Ni-TiO_(2)复合镀层的表面形貌、元素组成、晶粒尺寸和耐腐蚀性。在液体硅胶上做导电预处理的前提下,成功制备Ni-TiO_(2)复合镀层,在不同TiO_(2)含量下检测的Ni-TiO_(2)复合材料的腐蚀性能,得到最优配比。纳米TiO_(2)颗粒加入可以有效地提高镍基复合材料的耐腐蚀性能,并可细化晶粒,使得镀层更加紧密,提高材料的耐腐蚀性能。与单独的镍基镀层相比,Ni-TiO_(2)复合材料的耐腐蚀性能可提高52.7%。To improve the corrosion resistance of nickel matrix composites,in this paper,nano-TiO_(2)particles were fully dispersed in the plating solution by ultrasonic wave,and Ni-TiO_(2)composite coatings were prepared on liquid silica gel by using a DC stabilized power supply and a constant temperature heating magnetic stirrer.The properties of the composite materials were adjusted by changing the content of titanium dioxide.The surface morphology,elemental composition,grain size and corrosion resistance of Ni-TiO_(2)composite coatings were examined using cold field emission scanning electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),X-ray diffractometer,and electrochemical studio.On the premise of conducting pretreatment on liquid silica gel,the Ni-TiO_(2)composite coating was successfully prepared.The Ni-TiO_(2)composite coating with different TiO_(2)content had different properties,among which 3-Ti-Ni had the best performance,and the particle diameter of the coating was 5-40μm.The particle spacing was 3-15μm.The corrosion resistance of 3-Ti Ni composite coating was the strongest,the corrosion current density was 48.5%lower than that of 1-Ti Ni,and the grain size of 4-Ti Ni composite was 36%lower than that of 1-Ti Ni composite.The addition of nano TiO_(2)particles can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of nickel based materials.The addition of nano TiO_(2)particles in composite coatings can refine the grains,make the coatings more compact,and improve the corrosion resistance of materials.When the content of TiO_(2)reached 22 g/L,the corrosion resistance of the composite is the best.
