双条杉天牛幼虫作寄主规模化繁育管氏肿腿蜂研究

摘　　要：用双条杉天牛3~5龄幼虫作寄主繁育管氏肿腿蜂,在温度25℃,相对湿度50%,弱光等条件下,寄生成功率90.44%,子代蜂平均单管(每管1头寄主)出蜂量112头,平均千头重0.8333g,雌雄性比为11.20:1,子代蜂各项指标均优。双条杉天牛幼虫可人工繁养,且能控制获得期和量,做到寄主获得时间与繁蜂时间衔接,可用作寄主规模化繁育管式肿腿蜂。The 3rd-5th instar of Semanotusbifasciatus(Matsch.)larvaes were used as the host for the artificial breeding of Scleroderma guani Xiao et Wuatweak light condition,25℃and 50%relative humidity.The successful parasite rate was 90.44%,the number of emergence was 112 heads,the weight(per thousand)was 0.8333g,and the sex ratio of female to male was 11.20:1 per test tube which was added one host.all parameters of progeny generation was good.The resources of Semanotusbifasciatus(Matsch.)Larvae are rich and easy to obtain,it can offset the related problems of convergence time and be used as numerous host.
