摘 要:桃红颈天牛是桃树的主要蛀干害虫,化学防治仍是控制桃红颈天牛危害的重要措施。为使防治达到减量增效的目的,首先测试了3种增效剂对吡虫啉和杀虫双2种农药物理性能的影响,并将优选出的增效剂添加到稀释一定倍数的2种农药中开展药效试验和减量药效试验。结果显示:增效剂杰效利可以有效降低供试药剂的表面张力,提高其润湿性、铺展性和树干持药量;可提高2种药剂对桃红颈天牛初孵幼虫的防治效果;即使在药剂减量30%的情形下,也可使吡虫啉和杀虫双对天牛初孵幼虫达到较好的控制效果,施药24 h的较正死亡率分别达到62.89±3.46%和64.10±3.45%。Aromia bungi is a main wood borer of peach tree.Chemical control is an important method to reduce the damage caused by A.bungi.To increase control efficiency and reduce applied quantity of insecticide,three synergists were tested by adding them into two insecticides:Imidacloprid and Dimehypo,respectively,to compare their physical characteristics of different mixed solutions.Then,selected the best synergist and added it into two diluted insecticides to test their control effect on newly hatched larvae of A.bungi in semi-field experiment.The results showed that adding Jiexiaoli,a kind of organic silicon additive,into two diluted insecticides could reduce their surface tension,increase the wettability,extensibility,and insecticide holding capacity of trunk,and the insecticide adding with Jiexiaoli could enhance the control effect on the A.bungi larvae.Even reduced 30%of quantities of Imidacloprid or Dimehypo,the diluted insecticide adding with synergist Jiexiaoli could obtain the good control effect on A.bungi larvae,and the corrected mortality of A.bungi larvae after 24 hours of insecticide spraying reached to 62.89±3.46 and 64.10+3.45,respectively,by Imidacloprid and Dimehypo.
